Ingredients
Recipe for 4 servings
200 g | maggarons |
150 g | floury potatoes |
2 pcs | big onions |
1 piece | garlic |
4 dl | full cream |
1 dl | vegetable stock |
100 g | Gruyere, grated |
150 g | Grison mountain cheese, grated |
8 | slices of cooked bacon |
salt, pepper, butter, parsley |
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes into cubes (1x1cm), emincate the onions (slices), press the garlic.
- Mix the maggarons with the potatoes, the onions, the garlic, the full cream, the vegetable stock and the Gruyere in a bowl and season to taste.
- Put everything in a buttered gratin dish and sprinkle with the Bündner Bergkäse.
- Cook at 180°C top and bottom heat and 360 Watt microwave for 20 min.
- For the bacon chips preheat the oven to 200°C hot air.
- Spread the bacon slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper, cover with a second baking paper and place another baking tray on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, then let cool.
