Come just as you are, and leave inspired by our Ateliers of Inspiration. Here goe the Raspberry muffins with white chocolate recipe!

Raspberry muffins with white chocolate

Ingredients

1 muffin tin lined with paper cases
140 g flour
1 tsp  baking powder
1 pinch  of salt
90 g sugar
125 g double cream
1 egg
¼ tsp vanilla
40 ml oil (rapeseed)
80 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
50 g white chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and sugar.
  2. Also mix together the double cream, egg and oil and whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Add the chopped chocolate and finally the raspberries, do not stir too much so that the raspberries keep their shape.
  5. Pour in the mixture and bake in the 180°C recirculation oven (approx. 20-30 min.), or with the baking sensor with the Muffins program.
